After several attempts at an Alfredo recipe, I finally found the tastiest, easiest creamy Alfredo recipe. I absolutely LOVE Alfredo sauce, and it’s the only white sauce that my husband will eat. This is a simple Alfredo with a slight garlic taste.

Fast Creamy Alfredo
Add butter, garlic, cream, and milk into a medium sauce pan and simmer.
Pull off heat. Add parmesean and mozzerella and stir until smooth
Sprinkle salt and pepper to taste.
If you would like to add fresh herbs to the sauce, basil and oregano would both be good choices.
